  • accessing the control panel for your website
  • getting ftp access to your website

Choosing an account name

You can choose any account name as long as the name follows these guidelines:

  • the name is between 3 and 8 characters long
  • it starts with a letter
  • it contains only numbers and letters
  • is not already in use
  • is not a generic word such as info or sales
